I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant and would appreciate it if a manager could reach out to me. The employee I encountered was very rude and seemed to lack basic customer service skills. I waited in line for 20 minutes while he conversed with a colleague who was ordering several sandwiches. When it was finally my turn, he displayed no sense of urgency and didn’t apologize for the long wait; instead, he simply asked what I wanted. It took him a considerable amount of time to prepare my sandwich, and when it was time for toppings, he started taking the next customer's order instead of completing mine. Severely understaffed. Placed an o line order at 5:15pm app said it?d be ready by 5:30pm. Arrived at 5:28pm, lady who was working said she?s be herself and there were about 9 people in line. Rather than make the food in the order received, she wantedto clear the line before making online orders. She marked my order ?ready? in the app at 5:35, probably for metrics, but it?s5:45pm and me 2 other online orders have been waiting in store for our online orders to even start being made for more than 20minutes. They were supposed to be ready when we got here. That?s the point of an online order.
I stopped by the restaurant to grab a sub about an hour before closing and had a fantastic experience. The employee I interacted with was friendly and took the time to carefully prepare my meal. The food was delicious enough that I was motivated to write this review, something I rarely do. Whoever was working that day deserves a raise. The restaurant was clean, the food was tasty, and I will definitely be returning without hesitation. I would give this place a 10/10 rating every time.
I would recommend steering clear of the curbside pickup option at this restaurant. The app tells you to wait in your car, but the staff expects you to come inside to collect your order. The employee with colorful hair seemed unprofessional, and even after ordering ahead of time, I had to wait almost 30 minutes. When I asked about the delay, the employee said, "I thought you would come in." This is definitely not the best choice for a quick lunch break.

I had a terrible experience at this Subway location, and I won't be returning to this store or any other Subway again. The employees here are untrustworthy. I visited on November 13, 2023, and was shocked to find that I was charged over $95 for just two subs. It felt like I had been robbed. When I requested a refund, they outright refused. This behavior is completely unacceptable, and I intend to report the cashier for theft.

Even though I placed a pickup order, I was later informed that several items were out of stock. The explanations provided by the employee were unsatisfactory. Overall, I did not have a positive experience at Subway. I would recommend Jersey Mike's as a better alternative.
I just had a frightening experience with an employee at this Subway. The guy was quite confrontational and gave me a menacing stare while he prepared my sub. He seemed very secure in his job, as he didn't seem to care about what he said to me. I understand that they are short-staffed, but it would honestly be better for them to close rather than let that guy make subs.
Best subway I have ever been to! The staff is always friendly and nice. I have had zero issues at this one and will drive from Fridley just to go to this one. They are hard working people that deliver an exceptional subway product. Wish I could give 10 stars! Thank you guys for you excellent service!

I strongly recommend steering clear of Subway! The cashier took money from my gift card, and because of that experience, I won’t be going back to that restaurant.
The young black lady is very rude she doesn’t want to serve customers let her go back to school learn manners am glad am not coming back again here.
