Absolutely disgusted I just paid $21 for a foot long sub meal with hardly enough chicken on it for a 6 inch sub alone (it was a foot long) so I asked for a little extra chicken, have never seen a place so stingy before with their food. She put a few extra pieces on and just to be sure I asked if I would be charged extra for the chicken because there was still hardly any on there and she said no she wouldn’t charge me extra. Pretty well the last half of my sub was just cheese and mayo. When you are paying that much money for food, you would hope that they would give you enough of what you ask for in the first place. So for that price, the least they can do is put chicken on the whole CHICKEN...
I would have rather had my sandwich thrown at me at 80 km/h and then gone to 3 Sisters for a much better sandwich, served by staff who genuinely understand customer service. If you're reading this, it's clear I'm really disappointed with the service at Avalon Mall. Even a simple request for them to change their gloves seems to be seen as a microaggression, which is quite frustrating. It's truly unfortunate.
The restaurant was clean and pleasant, and the staff was friendly. However, I ordered a six-inch sub, and the bread was stale and had a rubbery texture. Overall, I would rate the food a 3, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5.
If you would like food poisoning pick the meatball sub...they recycle what they don't use the day before, typical Subway practice...been to many countries, and city's. Not one time did I ever get so sick.

Was always a fan but witnessed a worker wash their hands in the mall washroom by running water (without soap) over them for a total of about .5 seconds and now I'll never order from here again.
The staff were unresponsive and not particularly friendly, possibly because of a language barrier.
The bread was stale and hard. Service: Takeout. Meal type: Lunch. Price per person: CA$1–10.
