I visited the restaurant at 9 AM and ordered three cold cut sandwiches on white bread. The first two sandwiches were made without issue, although one of them was toasted without my request. When I went to get my third sandwich, I found there was only one slice of white bread left, which was just enough for what I needed. However, the staff saw that there was only one slice left and refused to serve it to me, saying, "There’s a regular customer who usually comes around this time, and I want to save it for them." First off, I had to order a sandwich I didn't want because they were all out of what I ordered. My wife and kid split a 12 , and when the server handed my kid the sandwich, half of it fell out of the loose wrapping, onto the floor. I asked if I could get another 6 because it fell out of the pack and they said I'd have to pay for it because they didn't drop it. I'm pretty sure if I was at McDonald's and a burger fell off my tray as soon as I picked it up, they'd replace it. Anyway, I ate a sandwich I didn't want, my kid was all upset, and my wife went back to work hungry because she was too displeased with the service to order again.
Today I was totally taken unawares when we dropped into Subway while out for a walk. Usually it is for lunch either eat in or takeout but today it was just for a coffee. Waited in line for about 20 minutes to place order only to be informed by a lovely server.. sorry, there are 4 of us here BUT NONE OF US ARE TRAINED ON HOW TO MAKE COFFEE . On we go to Tim 's for a caffeine fix......sign in window....store closed today at 3 pm....Staffing Issues). Good thing I got a sense of humour....

The overall experience was excellent. I enjoyed a delightful lunch, and the food was exceptional. The service was top-notch, attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was pleasant, though it could use a little enhancement. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant!

The food remains excellent, and the staff is still fantastic, but the prices are becoming outrageous! Paying $18.00 for two 6-inch subs and two bags of chips is just ridiculous!

It is quite modern, very clean for example the tables were very clean also bathrooms are nice. Prices are moderate.

I prefer this one compared to many others. It's cleaner and features a pleasant layout.
