Found a hair (red in color) in my steak and cheese sandwich. Called and ask to find out what this franchise does in regards to this situation and employees said, they don’t do nothing pretty much in other words throw it away or eat it. How about a refund??? And also asked to talk to the manager or whoever was in charge and no one is in charge of employees, manager is out of town. What a disgrace, disappointment, and loss of customer. I visited this location for the second time today, and I have to say, I've encountered three employees during my visits, and they all have wonderful personalities. They genuinely seem happy to assist you and help make your sandwich. Both times I visited, the food was fresh and delicious. The store appeared clean, and I also enjoyed the music—it was loud enough to enjoy but not so loud that we had to shout to communicate. I highly recommend this Subway location!

I don’t feel like driving to the store to not have anything done so I just want to warn readers not to place an online order because all you get is meat and cheese. Once it’s toasted it’s wrapping and considered not their problem. No toppings or condiments you paid for. Make sure you go in person to begin with. I ate at Jersey Mike's for the first time and I was very impressed with the flavors of my steak sub. It had so much flavor and now it will be my go to for lunch and or dinner. Thanks for making such a tasty sandwich. Yummy yum yum.

It's a pretty good Subway store.
Has much needed improvement on the staff. Foods appear much fresher than before.
