Subway - Reserva de mesa

I ordered a spicy Italian sandwich, but unfortunately, their oven was broken, so they used the grill instead. This didn’t heat the sandwich properly, and mine ended up being ice cold and not tasting as it should. The cheese didn’t even melt. If your equipment is broken, it’s better to fix it promptly rather than just placing an "out of order" sign on it.

I was quite disappointed with my sandwich, and to make matters worse, the soda machine was not working. Additionally, my order didn't come with the chips I was supposed to get. I know that everyone is trying to make a living, but I felt like I was not getting my money's worth with such mediocre sandwiches. Seriously!

I prefer not to get involved in the operations of a restaurant, but it took the server a while to notice me, and I ended up waiting for 10 minutes without anyone taking my order. I just don't understand why Subway staff seem to be overlooking their customers, which could lead to losing business.

The restaurant is extremely dirty, with flies flying around and likely landing on the food. The counter hasn't been properly cleaned in years and is covered in dust. The bread appears as an unappealing, messy pile. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place due to its lack of cleanliness. Reserva una mesa ahora

I have dined at Subway numerous times throughout the city, and the staff has consistently treated me kindly, ensuring a pleasant experience every time. However, my visit to this particular franchise was different.

The subway store on the hillside is quite small and doesn’t usually get very crowded. There's a Checkers nearby that just opened, and a McDonald's directly across the street as well.

The staff here is friendly and accommodating. Just be patient, as there are times when only one person is working. I really enjoy the Italian BMT sandwich!
