Ordered a cold cut combo foot long to go today and it was made to order by a smiling associate. She made sure to put napkins in the bag and I appreciated it. It was 100% as expected. Maybe a little light on the veggie toppings but a lot of subways are being 'frugal ' with toppings these days, so I expect it 's likely a corporate or local ownership mandate to not overfill the sub rolls. I could 've asked for more but I didn 't because it was adequate and tasty the way it was. I enjoyed it so thank you, Subway.
Love Subway but when you order 4 hours ahead to pickup and it's not even started yet blows my mind. I have 30 min to have lunch. Ordering ahead here doesn't work sorry folks. Just dropped to a 1 star. App is down and was told they don't rake orders over thephone. Lost me for good so inconvenient
If you're looking for a restaurant with excellent customer service, Subway is the perfect choice. Each time I visit, I'm warmly greeted at the door. Be sure to check out their menu!
The customer service here is very disappointing. The place is dirty and disorganized, and I doubt it will stay open for much longer. I will never come back.

This Subway is the nearest spot to my workplace, so I drop by for lunch from time to time. The staff are friendly and always greet you when you walk in.
