I usually don't write reviews for everything, but that was a pretty experience. her subway store on 1-21 mcleod street cairns had one of the worst workers I have ever seen. I played an online order ca. 11:50 on 12/05/2022 for three subs ;.2 six inches 1 foot long. I went from my job of work and came 12:05 to receive my order that had not been made. I asked why, she suddenly said they had no internet access so that "no order could get. I understood and asked if she could make her as I already paid, then she took my order, but start talking loud and fast, I told her I had 3 of them were 6 inches then she started cutting me off and they say 're not hearing what underwater you wanted then I said...
I was served by a delightful young woman on Saturday who had floral tattoos on her right arm. She was incredibly efficient and professional, as well as very friendly. The sandwich she made was done perfectly with just the right amount of toppings. I commend her for providing exceptional customer service.
Subway is everywhere the same... not realy. Here you get the angus beef sub. Also, which differs from germany, carrots und red beets. You cant eat much cheaper in australia. Footlong sub of the day 8$ ... and it's fresh.
The customer service at this restaurant is excellent, and everything you would expect as a customer is provided. The food is fresh, and it is definitely a healthier option compared to other take away choices.

The salad at this restaurant is top-notch, with a high quality selection of fresh ingredients including pea shoots that are unique to this menu. The staff is friendly and provides efficient service.

This subway was just as good as any. Fresh bread, all the usual fillings. Nice reminder of home, where I eat subway for breakfast every day! lol
Everyone knows what Subway offer - this store offers the same but it's always excellent service. Reccommended of all the Subways in Cairns.

Typical Subway. You get what you order at any Subway. Lunchtime rush is fine and service is good.XXXX
