There are too many issues to list individually. The staff was poorly trained and attempted to give half portions of seafood to avoid having to get a new container from the fridge. Their uniforms were dirty and their vocabulary consisted of short questions and occasional grunts. There was no eye contact or smiles. The tables were also dirty. The food was decent in taste, but the rolls were squished so tightly that they were mushy. I will not be returning.
We have been to this Subway location many times and have always had a positive experience. The only drawback is that during peak hours, there can be long lines inside and a wait for the drive-thru.

This Subway team in upper coomera is amazing. Everyone is really friendly, good team culture and great food. Place is really clean with fast service ! Definitely my choice of Subway.
