I had a disappointing experience at this Subway today. The staff seemed to lack an understanding of customer service, and the salad portion was insufficient. This was the worst Subway meal I've ever had. The sauce was minimal—I asked for more, but the employee insisted they had already added enough, when in fact, they didn't. All I could taste was black pepper. Overall, it wasn't worth the money I spent. They really need to hire someone who takes their job seriously and doesn't shortchange customers.
The bread is decent, but not fantastic. The staff are becoming increasingly stingy with the salad, which is disappointing. I prefer capsicum in my salad, but they only put two tiny pieces on mine. When I asked politely for a little more, they only added one extra piece, which was disappointing. If this continues, I will not be returning. I prefer my salad sandwiches to be full, not flat. The prices are also not very good. I might try Mambos around the corner instead.

If u want to ripped off order from here litrally no tuna they normally put 4 scoops it looks like they put one N ask for asked for ketchup n got tomato's can u guys even see the carrot ? Worst subway of my life

The food is cold about 40% of the time. However, it’s definitely a classic in the industry. It’s a fun place with a rich history, especially known for its appearances in K-dramas and other dramas.
I had a terrible experience with the service. The waiter who attended to me roughly placed my food on the table and spoke very rudely. This happened at 11:30 AM on November 1st.
Been a few times but disappointed with the minimal toppings for the money paid
