I've been here a few times now and the customer service is shocking!!! They mumble, they don't smile, they're rude and they sometimes ignore you when you're standing at the counter to order. I remember coming in about a month ago and they all saw me and averted their eyes as if they were heaps busy out the back, pretending not to see me. So I politely said "ding dong" with a smile and got attitude. The girl who served me wanted to go home and didn't want to serve me and it showed. On this occasion I was served by Kyle. Dropped in on the way down the coast, friendly staff but had to ask them to get fresh food out, noticed the food was siting out (who knows for how long) rather than in the cooler under cover in the serving trays... finally had to ask for what came out of the store room out the back to be cooked (it would have gone in the sub uncooked and thus half raw!!!)Long story short- within the hour all of us were feeling green:( not impressed. You might say Subway is Subway but I have visited some great ones and some shockers. This one is pretty good, the staff are well trained and attentive and actually listen to the customers. Better than average.

Subway at the bay is a fast and big subway. Whenever I go there I always get the meatballs. The always have fresh salad and the prices aren't over the top. The only thing is there is a few stairs.
We popped into subway for a quick meal. Our foot long roll was good but staff seamed stressed and not giving professional service they should be giving ... Next time I will order else where.
The service is great, the eating area is clean and most importantly, the food is AMAZING! Subway Batmans Bay is definitely the best Subway I've been to in Australia and overseas!
Food so fresh and JUST the way you want it! No surprises here, it's all good! The staff are friendly and happy and if there is ever a queue (holidays), i moves pretty quickly.

Love the healthy and yummy rolls with lots of choices for fillings, like mine toasted too. Good value Soft Drinks too, 1 refill included in the price.
Ordered a footlong combo and my wife wanted her half toasted and guy working there wouldnt do it unless he charged us for 2 6 inch subs!!! I laughed
