I had the best customer service experience I've ever encountered. Having worked in retail for 4-5 years and recently moving into management, I truly understand the difference between "good" and "excellent" performance. One employee, who wore a gold badge (likely a manager), particularly stood out. They made me feel welcome upon entering and leaving the restaurant. They also prepared the best sub I've ever had and followed all the proper procedures, as far as I could tell. I highly recommend this place!
Today my friend and I took advantage of a special offer at this restaurant. We received an email about their "world sandwich day" promotion and thought it would be a great idea for a quick and easy meal. The staff, although young, were friendly and accommodating, despite what seemed like a busy day. The food was good and affordable, and we really enjoyed our experience.
You would think they were paying for the lettuce themselves. You would imagine if you were having vegetarian there should be a teeny bit of salad. Considering the price of this salad roll. Go to another subway not Seaford though! Just as bad I walked out there.
Andrew the assistant manager served us tonight. So friendly made our food perfectly. Nicest bloke ever. Even though we came at a late hour Andrew was nothing short of kind. Hope he has an incredible life

The bread is nice but the fillings looked unappealing and dried out but we were hungry so we gave it a try. Well we should have spent our money elsewhere. The staff were great and apologised.
Metro in Christies Beach offers a wide selection of delicious subs, wraps, and salads at a consistently high standard. The service is attentive and overall, it comes highly recommended!
