The best employee I've ever encountered at the Subway on West Saanich Rd was a young man who was incredibly professional. There were three of us in our group, and each of us ordered a footlong sandwich. After us, there was a lone customer who came in. Despite being the only employee on duty at the time, the clerk efficiently made our sandwiches perfectly and then proceeded to serve the next customer without any delay. The service and customer service provided were exceptional.

Today at subway my partner and I had a huge order for our family. The workers there were very friendly and efficient. I can't remember their names. The employees working this afternoon should be praised for their great customer service. Food was good too. :

The staff at the restaurant on Friday was extremely pleasant and friendly. Despite the freezing cold weather in the morning, she was welcoming and kind, letting me in earlier than expected and sharing a warm smile. She truly brightened my day.

In terms of franchise fast food they are excellent. quick and polite staff and very cleanly. Probably the best Subway i've seen in the city. If you're looking for a quick healthy personalized meal they've got you covered.
