I placed my order at 4:40 p.m., but the delivery didn 't arrive until 6:30 p.m. – almost two hours late, even though I live only about five minutes from your branch. To make matters worse, one of my three cookies was missing, which unfortunately exacerbated the already negative impression. However, I found the way I was treated on the phone particularly irritating: Instead of receiving understanding or at least a brief explanation, I was simply told that they were on their way – and then the call was abruptly ended. Very friendly and fun staff. They realize that the staff is fun that transfers to customers when they pick up. Otherwise, there is nothing to do with it because care is taken to ensure that the protective measures are complied with. Very important plus: The staff did not eat with the ingredients and the only real cheese advertising technique in triangular cheese!
I ordered a sub to go. It took a little longer to prepare because there was only one employee on duty. The sandwich was fresh and delicious as usual, but the prices are quite high for fast food these days. Overall, it's okay, but not a particularly quick stop.
We ordered two subs for pickup. There was a bit of a wait at the counter, so we got two bags of chips on the house as compensation. Very friendly service, and the food is always delicious.
