Subway - Reserva de mesa

Horrendous service. I asked for a wrap that was pictured on the sandwich board and the woman behind the speaker taking my order was incredibly rude, and said No we don 't do that here just order a sandwich! She was arguing with me about wraps... Which I have ordered before at every other Subway. Needless to say I knew it was going to be awful because she wasn 't listening to my order at all. I repeated myself multiple times with veggies etc and her attitude was bad from the get go and all the way through the ordering and payment process.I ended up getting a wrap in the end, however not what I asked for in any sense right down to the wrong veggies and not grilling of the wrap like I requested...

They did not listen and attempted to hurry me along after I waited 6 minutes at the ordering counter. They made a mistake with my sandwich and when I spoke to the woman who made it, she just kept saying "yeah." The place is very unprofessional and they are not concerned about the quality of your sandwich.

My wife and I went to this restaurant for lunch. The waitress who served us could hardly speak any English. The bread was so stale and dry that it crumbled as soon as I tried to take a bite. This was easily the worst sandwich I have ever had. We will never go back to this place again.

Subs prices have gone up significantly now! Normally I wouldn't mind, but the service is terrible and the sandwiches have not been very good. I always feel like a burden when I come here so I don't visit very often. I used to be a fan of Subway, but not anymore! Reserva una mesa ahora

Been here 3 times in the past 2 months, always get my order wrong. Or would say the sandwich I ordered on the sandwich board they wouldn't make.I assume it's a language barrier since the order is always wrong, with toppings or the sandwich meat entirely.

Can't get your order right even if it killed them. Been here 3 times recently. If not the bread or meat being different then what you asked for. They'll at least miss a couple toppings.

It is subway, at least this worker had the brains to stay home and not contaminate customers, unlike the one in Nelson BC, on Baker Street.

I haven't changed my order in 10 years but the price is different every time? Ranges from $12-$17, very odd indeed. Reserva una mesa ahora

Subway Castlegate is about four times the size of any other Subway being as it's the only one in town
