Temur is possibly the greatest human I have ever been served by. He was so incredibly polite and helpful when we arrived 3 minutes before closing time after all 5 hadn’t eaten all day. We felt incredibly guilty. However, he ensured us that it was okay and served us with the biggest smile. There was no carrot left for our subs, but he went and got more knowing damn well that he had to pack it all up 30 seconds later. I know personally I would just say there is no carrot. He’s definitely a better person than me. If I could be half the man he is. My parents would be proud of me. If I could give him 6 stars I would.
This store is without a doubt one of the most reliable Subways in Brisbane for top quality food and outstanding service. Always fast, friendly, and fresh tasting, I would never walk in worried about leaving unhappy. As a local and someone who has been coming to this store almost 10 years, I have seen it change owners and staff many times, but never before have I been as happy to be a returning customer as I am now. The effort that Max and his staff put into looking after their customers cannot be overstated. 10/10
Authenticity. Chloe is incredibly authentic. It's not always easy to find sincerity when looking for a quick bite to eat, but Chloe at this Subway location was exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and kind. Despite the absence of the manager, the level of service provided by Chloe and the rest of the staff was outstanding. The locals are very fortunate to have such efficient, clean, and professional service at their disposal.
I ordered a small seafood dish at this restaurant and was served by Hokulani. She was fantastic, making eye contact and having a positive attitude throughout the entire interaction. My order was completed promptly, and she even took the time to ask if I was enjoying my day, which truly made my day. Hokulani has a lovely smile and provided excellent service.

i just love all subway places. i like fresh ingredients i get to select, love their bread. dont'feel like i'm eating junk food although i class it as fast food. there are healthier alternatives if you want them. no one forces you to have cheese and two dressings.
They're a subway. Service can be impacted if Uber Eats or Menulog orders come in as they seem to take priority over people standing in front of them. Nice team though.

Jacob’s sandwich making skills need to be recognized. He takes just that extra bit of care. I feel happy when he is the one on duty.
