If I could give a zero, I would. Because I subscribe to a clean diet that excludes pork or any cross contamination as a result of touching the meat, I requested that the person who was serving me, change her gloves. She was extremely rude and refused to serve me and totally disregarded my rights as a customer. As a patriot to subway, I don't think the treatment I received today should ever be tolerated. I believe her name is Marjorie. Please accept my apology if I'm incorrect, but a corrective action should be taken.
According to the locations website they were open until 6pm, but when I tried to go on my break at 5:47pm, they were already closed. The door was locked and everything, and the lady working looked at me as I tried to open the door and just turned away and started walking towards the back. If it says “open until 6pm” it should stay open until 6pm… bad customer service.
I honestly want my money back. The meat balls where cold,old, and taste like something that would give me food positioning . I didn't even eat it past the first meatball Plus the employee rolled my sandwich close to loose change on the counter. Never coming back.
I bought 6 cookies today and they were old and dry. I got them on my lunch break and had no time to take them back. Tasted like they were days old. Aren't the ones that don't sell the day you close trashed?

Terrible customer service. Only lady that always has a rude snobby attitude and is yelling at customers. Grubhub orders are never ready when they’re supposed to be. Terribly inefficient process.
This is the cleanest subway I have ever eaten at. I got the garlic roast beef and all my toppings were fresh and Julia was an awesome sandwhich artist.
Horrible attitude from both ladies when asked a question and didn?t want to fix my food. Also stated I could leave if I didn?t like their attitudes
ordered through uber eats, the worker forgot to toast it. so I re-ordered and he made up for the slight mishap and was truly apologetic! thank you
