Went into subway today as I do about once a week just as a treat and handy snack the store says the close at 7pm I went in at 6pm and they said we only are doing takeaway I was curious on why they where only doing takeaway only so I asked why? The girl behind the counter was very unpleased and said with an attitude because we have to clean the shop, know bear in mind Buttercrane is opened till nine and they would have time after the shop closes to clean the shop. This is my first ever bad experience with subway and was very shocked.
After experiencing a highly stressed situation in here. 2.10.21,13.40. Girl was folding my sandwich where salad fell out.. she threw it in the bin. I aired my upset but she wasn't paying proper attention. Spent too much time making lettuce neat and the sandwich was getting cold.Management pls train the girls to have common sense. Thks,
The restaurant was infested with flies, particularly around the bread and throughout the store. The staff was rude and inattentive, and the sandwich I ordered was messy. I only gave an extra star for the food, which was decent but not exceptional. It was difficult to eat the sandwich because the meatballs were all squished together.
At first, I was only given the sandwiches and had to ask for the drinks and the rest of the meal. Secondly, the sandwiches were very dry. Thirdly, there was hardly any meat or cheese, but it was filled with vegetables. I do like vegetables, but I ordered a bacon stack, not a vegetable stack.

This place is disgusting. With all the sanitising and cleaning taking place in eateries recently, these guys obviously didn’t receive the memo. There were no dedicated staff to clean down after customer, and it had dirty floors and seats too.. food is nice, staff are not as nice.
I'm a coeliac and ordered Gluten Free The Baller... asked to wait as meatballs weren't quite ready... 10mins later presented with my meal... I ate it but later discovered it wasnt gluten free... Utterly disgusted for trusting them. Never again
The staff at this restaurant should focus on serving customers instead of chatting with their friends and ignoring guests. They need to act more mature and professional.
Selection for vegetarian on the menue BUT is rarely ever actually available! very unfriendly staff and not helpful at all!!! Don't think I'd bother going back.

Good food but tables were not clean. Literally had to push someone elses rubish on a side of table so we can have space to eat our sandwich.
Rude staff. Nothing on sandwiches and the place was dirty
