I used to enjoy going to Subway. Yesterday, however, the whole experience was a nightmare. The card terminal on the ordering machine was broken, and despite our friendly attempts to speak to them, the staff completely ignored us. They were clueless and seemed to be just as bad at the new system as the customers. The staff was rude, frustrated, and made no secret of it. After waiting 20 minutes to pay and another 60 minutes for our food, we finally received our subs, which weren't even properly filled. All in all, I will never go to this place again. The new kiosks don't suit Subway. You can no longer see your sandwich being prepared, and you can't, for example, order the halves with different sauces. Furthermore, there's no limit to the number of simultaneous orders, so you can quickly find yourself with no idea how fast it will be your turn. Ordering separately but together only works to a limited extent. I'd rather go to a different branch.
Since they switched to touchpads, it 's become impossible to use the machine properly. As soon as I press pay now, it tells me my payment failed. This doesn 't change no matter where I hold my card, or even when I insert it. Naturally, the staff is no help, and I had to go home without any cash.

Food was good, but the service was bad. They barely spoke German and didn't seem very enthusiastic about working there. The vending machines weren't working properly either. It gets even worse. I had to wait 30 minutes for my sub.
Friendly operation, but could go a bit faster and if the second employee sees that many customers are there, he should support colleagues at the switch...
Please get rid of the ordering terminals! They're a disaster!!! It's a shame, it's no longer fun to order from you!
