I arrived last night a little after 7pm. Waited in line forever which was fine. They were out of quite a few things. I ended up getting the veggie delight without cheese. Carolyn was the employee making my sandwhich. The first thing I asked for was mustard. I noticed she seemed bothered with this request for some reason. Then when I asked for all the veggies she began to turn the bread in a couple different directions while sighing and said Well it makes it kind of difficult when you get the sauce first... then proceeded to make my sandwhich with it facing length wise. I found this odd and just responded Oh? as I 'm not sure why that would make it difficult. I 'd think it would make it less...
I can only give this restaurant one star because I have to leave a review, but honestly, it was a very bad experience. I do not recommend eating here. I wanted to order a salad, but the lettuce looked old and discolored - white, yellow, and brown. I asked the lady if there was fresh lettuce available, and she said yes. However, when she brought out a new container from the cooler, it looked just as bad. I asked who was cutting the vegetables because they looked terrible. She informed me that all the food comes pre-packaged in bags. In my opinion, Subway should change their slogan to "Subway: Eat out of a plastic bag"! I remember when Subway first opened on the West Coast, and all the vegetab...
The service at this restaurant is terrible. I frequently go there for my 30-minute lunch break, but there is always a long line and only one staff member making sandwiches while the others are just relaxing in the back. I will not be returning to this location.
I do not recommend going to this Subway if you are looking for a salad. They are very conservative with their lettuce portions and when I asked for more, the employee only added a small amount. The salad is definitely not worth the $9 price.

The woman working at Subway seemed disinterested and did not provide good service. It felt like she didn't want to work.
The service at this restaurant is outstanding, the staff is extremely friendly. I would definitely return here.
under staffed and over worked for sure poor lady was working though break but not helping customers at all
