I had the worst service ever at this restaurant. All I requested was some extra lettuce, and I even offered to pay extra for it, but they flat-out refused. I’m honestly shocked that they wouldn’t accommodate such a simple request. It’s hard to believe that people like this are in a job where customer satisfaction is key. Additionally, I’ve been paying extra for sauce in my online orders, yet they frequently forget to include it.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. There was a man with black hair who frequently served low-quality food, and he often arrived late. One day, while I was in the parking lot, I noticed him sleeping in a corner of the restaurant. I've also reached out to Subway multiple times about my concerns. Whenever I ordered a toasted sandwich, he would give me a cold one instead. Overall, it was not a good experience.
When i read some negative commands here i can tell that people just want make Noise ! When you go this store just by second time you will know how amazing the employees are ! Very polite Restpectful and Understanding ! Store is always clean and the food is always taste great ! The employees always welcome everyone and they work with so much Patience ! 10
I want to express my gratitude for the wonderful birthday party for my daughter today. I was so appreciative when they called me the night before to confirm the order details. Worst food service ever. First of all for the amount I am paying I am not getting the toppings. They even charge extra for lettuce but they don’t even put 1/2 the amount they charge. Extremely rude, why the hell are you in this business.
Best service I experienced today on this Subway ! The manager welcomed me as soon he saw me ! Made me really nice sandwich and was very kind and talk to me ! Very clean store and the veggies looks really super fresh !
