I was an employee here and I was witness of the terrible service towards customers. The dark haired manager and the blond lady are rude and feel superior towards everyone including new young coworkers. I as well as customers were treated with disrespect. They never taught me how to use the register since I was their puppet. I was 19 when I started working at this Subway and decided to quit three weeks later because I could no longer bear the horrible environment and treatment. Went here today to get an outlaw sandwiche and we usually go to the one in the extra mile gas station in Rialto next to Home Depot. When I started to order, the outlaw was told I could only have it the way it is on the board I said not at the other one. There was another customer beside me also saying he goes to the other one because you can get it the way you want it and I said exactly, the manager was the one that made my sandwich and she had attitude no smile very blunt so I just told her my experience at the other place because she had asked all I asked her to do after was to put lettuce in the sandwich she said that's not how it comes. Went in today to pick up some lunch for siblings and I order 3 tuna foot longs when paying worker laughed at my order with cashier and 3 people order same thing and laughter to them at all 0/10 recommended staff disrespectful workers had a horrible attitude worker with blush and blue eye showed kept laughing at me other worker very respectful the restaurant itself was clean and empty. Other then that never coming back again EVER !!!!!!!!

Walked in to order a sandwich, and the girl working was very dismissive. She did not wanna help. She try to send me away as she kept telling her Co worker she wanted to go home, everything I asked for she was out of.Bad customer service and very dirty location. 2 workers working and nobody wants to help anyone. Sandwiches are good. Staff is great don’t got to he one on Baseline and Cedar. Come to this one only.
