Subway - Reserva de mesa

I visited the restaurant yesterday and ordered my usual foot long sandwich. I asked for pepper jack cheese, but they mistakenly used mozzarella instead. When I pointed out the error, the employee seemed annoyed and mentioned that the slices of cheese cost $2.00. I explained that it was not my fault they made the mistake. Despite his displeasure, he eventually replaced the mozzarella with pepper jack cheese. Due to the rude behavior of the employee, I have decided to go to Kernersville for my sub sandwiches in the future. There was no reason for his attitude.

I placed an order through the app, but when I arrived at the restaurant, I found that they were severely understaffed and closing early. The worker informed me that they would make my order, but only after attending to the 10 people in front of me. I would rate the food a 3, service a 1, and atmosphere a 1.
