Very let down by this location, usually the best subway around and would drive out of my way to go to. Today ordered my usual sub (double meat and cheese) and was given one with the standard portion which usually is still acceptable even if it was just a mistake. However there was pretty much nothing on the sub for meat. I went back and was met with attitude off the rip with the manager just seeing the bag in my hand. She wanted to inspect the sub per my complaints after me telling her I asked for double meat and cheese and told me she would charge me for the double meat and cheese (had my receipt) and went on with telling me their measured portions from corporate. Great restaurant. Calm. Never a wait around lunch time (12:30 PM). Friendly staff. The ice machine has been broken for some time. Not a big deal because the drink is still cold. Other than that, I recommend this Subway location over all the other ones close by. The prices are lower than the Troy location by about $5 for a classic footlong.
I tried for lunch today after visiting the new Subway menu. The new steak and cheese is delicious. I don't really know if it was really much better than before, like the flavors of Subway were all still there, but maybe the steak was a little more tender and the sandwich was removed with Gusto.
Great customer service, such kind workers! Store was very clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Sandwich was great I'm a picky sandwich person and the staff dealt with all of my little requests, with a smile. Staff even warned about an accident down the road!

I'm really frustrated. I placed an online order before going to work, and I ordered the Titian Turkey. Why does it have bacon on it? There are no vegetables on the sandwich either. I had a feeling today was going to be a rough night at work. Thanks for that.
We tried the steak and cheese melt sub and it was fantastic! Our order was prepared exactly as we requested online with no mistakes. Every bite tasted fresh and delicious. Subway has definitely earned a spot on my list of go-to places for lunch or dinner.
The service was quick, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend trying the chocolate chip cookie. As for wheelchair accessibility, the restaurant is easily accessible.
