I ordered sandwiches online for pickup to save time during my short lunch break. Unfortunately, it seemed like the employees took this as an opportunity to prepare the tiniest sandwiches possible. The amount of meat on both sandwiches was so minimal that I could have easily given them to my vegetarian mother. But it wasn’t just the lack of meat; the veggies and other toppings were so sparse that the sandwiches couldn’t even provide enough nutrition for a baby.
I also ordered two cookies to go along with my sandwiches. Usually, I enjoy the raspberry and cheesecake cookies from Subway, but what I received today was hardly deserving of the title "cookie." They looked more like shrunk-down hock...
I had an awful experience with the service. My Subway account was hacked multiple times, and when I called the restaurant to cancel the orders, the woman I spoke to was unhelpful and hung up on me. It was terrible service. I requested to speak to a manager or owner, but she told me there wasn't one available. She barely spoke English. There are fraudulent transactions happening with my account, and all I wanted was to cancel them, but she refused to assist me.
The food is disgusting!! My daughter became ill twice. This is my final visit to this location. The new management is terrible. Poor service, food, and atmosphere. My daughter had been vomiting up and posturing since she ate at the restaurant. I would not recommend the new management to anyone. They knew the bread was bad still served to us. Not good.Kid-friendliness: When I called the knew the bread was bad and still gave it to my daughter.
Cheated me on every single topping.Ordered a foot long meatball and only got four meatballs on my sandwich. Missing the cheese. And every single topping was to the very minimal if not missing.

Good service. The ingredients change especially the meat has made it much less desirable. Got a cold cut combo and it was blah. Give them another chance innthe future and go from there.
I ordered a six-inch sub, and it only had three slices of ham and two slices of cheese. The sign promised 33% more meat and twice the cheese, but that wasn’t the case.
On my siz inch sub they only put 3 pieces of ham and 2 pieces of cheese. The sign says now 33% more meat and double the cheese, obviously not here.
won’t honor discounts or remake sandwiches they messed up. cheese on the side of my toasted sub?? really???
