I ordered a steak sub, once I got to the register I was told they are only allowed to ring in a Philly. That’s an up charge for double cheese. I don’t like cheese and prefer not to have it at all. So seems like you are bolstering your cheese inventory at the cost of the customer. Scammy. Steak sub is 9.99 on YOUR menu. Instead charges me 11.39. RIP OFF. The excuse “our manager says that we have to do it this way”. That’s stealing from your customers.
There are two reasons I’m giving this restaurant a rating of two stars. First, they've replaced shredded mozzarella with fresh mozzarella, which comes with an extra charge. Second, I find the prices a bit steep considering the quality of the food. While it's good, the extra cost for the mozzarella is what bothers me the most.
I ordered a cheese pizza with extra cheese. They told me it would be $2 extra for cheese and I accepted. It only had cheese on half of the pizza and when I took it back in there they told me that it’s more than they were supposed to put…they wouldn’t do anything about it. Worst looking pizza I’ve seen.

The food was great, but how difficult is it to make a sandwich? Unfortunately, we couldn't use our discount at the Brooks location, which was disappointing since we were already there. We had to travel to the Shepherdsville location just to be able to use it.
I discovered a hair in one of our sandwiches. When I called the restaurant, they didn't even apologize. They offered to remake it, but since I’m traveling, that’s not an option for me. A refund would have been more appropriate. Come on, Subway—do better!
