I visited this restaurant today (03/16/24) and ordered two sandwiches, one veggie delight meal, and a veggie pattie. Unfortunately, the pattie was not properly toasted and was ice cold. When I brought this to the attention of an employee, they seemed confused and suggested reheating it with all the toppings still inside. When I questioned how that could be done, they called their manager. The manager spoke to me over the phone and implied I was lying, which I found very unprofessional. It was clear that both the manager and the staff lacked experience and didn't care about food quality. Now that Subway is slicing their meats fresh, it makes a significant difference! As for the atmosphere, there isn’t much to speak of—Subway locations can be small and sometimes feel cramped, with simple decor. However, the subs are fantastic!
