I had to leave this Subway location without my food. When I arrived, there was only one person ahead of me, but the staff kept prioritizing online orders over customers standing right at the counter. One employee started taking my order, then abruptly walked away mid-conversation to prepare a newly arrived online order. Despite being next in line, I watched four subs get made ahead of mine.
They eventually began making my order and toasted it, only to leave it sitting on the counter while continuing to focus on back-to-back online orders, barely acknowledging me or the increasing number of people behind me. I downloaded the subway app and placed an online order for the first time. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect, and when I politely brought it to their attention, they seemed more focused on figuring out who had made the mistake rather than providing good customer service and simply correcting the order. We ended up waiting another 15 minutes for them to fix it, so I waited in my husband’s truck while he went inside to pick it up when it was ready. We should have double-checked the order before leaving because, once we got home, my husband couldn't believe what had happened! After 40-50 minutes, the order was still wrong. I was unfortunately let down by my sandwiches. They were so overloaded with vegetables and condiments that they became unenjoyable. I’m not a fan of messy sandwiches because the bread gets too soggy. I only requested a bit of extra onion, while the rest was supposed to be the standard amount. All I could taste was the overpowering honey mustard! I regretted using my coupon on such a disappointment. I didn’t even have time to share my concerns or ask for a fix since it was during my lunch break. The staff was very nice, but sadly, I have to give the sub a rating of 0 today.
I visited the restaurant at noon today, and I was impressed by how friendly all the staff were, even though they were busy with the lunchtime rush. Their excellent teamwork allowed them to prepare a delicious sandwich for me in no time.

I stopped eating here over a year ago because of incorrect orders. Gave it another try today, and they messed up again. Never coming back.
The restaurant definitely needs more staff. As for vegetarian options, they should consider adding sweet and sour peppers to the menu.
They rarely answer the phone. I've called around 30 times a day, and they never pick up. They really need to hire some better staff.
Why are they closing at 9 and 10 PM? I usually visit this location after getting off work at 9, but lately, they've been closed!

Used to be best location in Washington. Now they close early without notice and won't answer the phone.
Good food and great service. My sandwich maker was on point with his recommendation.
