I've come here multiple times. Its always clean and I love that this particular location is family owned. The owner is super sweet. I always get a meatball sub which is delicious and the cookies are to die for. Its my go to when I just want to grab something quickly, theres never really a line.
The new guy who work the night of 5/12 was completely rude!! For the amount you spend on a sandwich he was cheap with the amount of chicken and said he would charge more. The owner never treated me this and He would often throw in free cookies. It's unfortunate you just lost a loyal customer.
Where's the beef? Bought a foot long Italian BMT for $13. The layer of cold cut can barely be seen let alone tasted. First and last time I'll come in the Subway at the Arcadian Center in Ossining. I hope the other Subway will not be as bad as this site.
I’ve been going to this subway for years. It is a small family-owned business, and they are some of the nicest people you will meet. The food is great, and they always make sure to give you a few extra cookies! I will be coming back in the future. Reserva una mesa ahora
The staff were very rude and hung up on me without warning. They let the phone ring and seemed uninterested in answering my questions. It felt like they didn’t want to engage with American customers at all.
The meat and vegetables were sparse. Each footlong only came with four vegetables. The wrap was thin. The service was untrustworthy.
I didn't receive my Footlong Churro with my order, even though I paid for it in advance.
