I don't why of the bad reviews ..go and figure.. I came in and this lady was ordering a couple of sandwiches while on her cellphone,, the employee waited patiently while a line was forming..this lady was yapity yap on her cell the employee asked areyou ready to order,, the customer says can't you see I'm on the f,,,kn phone.. a customer behind says watch your language mam..she turns and says to the other customers go F urself.. I said to myself I'm gonna take my order and the heck with this rudelady.. so I did ,, asked the employee do my order since this dummy seems to run her mouth ,,, she gladly did.. the rude customerstarted saying bad words to me ,, but fortunately the 3 other customers...
What a disappointment. This is not the first time nor second time. Not even the third time, This is the fourth and last time. From rude staff members, orders being wrong running out of bread. We finally got the straw that broke the camel's back. Weshall no longer patronize that place. Just a waste of time. The owner just so happens to own 3 more in close proximity to thislocation. That I am aware of, but could be more. With all the on goings we have spoken with him a few times. This location isrunning neck neck with the Eastland shopping center Subway for sure. Even though the name on the marquee may look the same.What goes on inside and behind the counter is totally different. Just remember...
What a letdown. This is not the first, second, or even third time—it's the fourth and final time. From unprofessional staff to poorly prepared food, we’ve finally come to the conclusion that we’ve had enough. We won't be returning to this establishment as it feels like a waste of time. The owner may have three other locations close by, but our experiences have been just as disappointing at all of them. It's like the Subway at Eastland Shopping Center—just because the name is the same doesn't guarantee quality service. Be sure to check your order to make sure you get what you paid for.
I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant today. The wrap I ordered was exactly how I like it - delicious and well-prepared. It's been a while since I've had a wrap this good. Usually, I receive sloppy and unappetizing wraps, along with poor service from the staff. However, today was different. The young lady who made my wrap was very professional, and it showed in the quality of the food. Thank you, young lady, for making my day a great one. The wrap was truly delicious!

Poor service. The lady was rude who made our sandwiches. On top of that my girlfriend ordered the cold cut combo and bologna was spoiled. My girlfriend as for her sandwich to be toasted and the lady said, "No, your bread just came out of the oven, it 'stoasted already. Very very poor experience. Spoiled Bologna is unacceptable.
The service was very slow, and they even overlooked my daughter's order. When it finally came, the food was cold and not appealing. They presented a strange item that looked like tacos but was filled with sweet toppings and sauces. Who serves something like that?
They took forever, left my daughters toasted sandwhich out and open so long it was cold and hard by the time she got in the car... and they make sandwhiches like tacos, with all veggies and sauces in the fold. Who makes a sandwhich like that???
The service at this restaurant is extremely disappointing. Although the sign on the window states that it opens at 9am, the staff doesn’t unlock the door until 10am, as directed by management.

Good Subway. It would be a five-star experience once they start including Beyond Meatballs on their menu.
Why would you have the door open and even the sign that says open and not be open ????
