The Subway on Twin city is the best by far I have visited all the subways and no one can compare to the customer service you will get not to mention Ms Monica the manager she is phenomenal she’s sweet she listens she even suggest if you’re not too for sure on how you want your sandwich made. Ms Monica definitely deserves 10 stars at her location she is wonderful if I stayed in Beaumont I would literally skip all the subways on the way to come to the Twin City subway hands-down kudos to this subway my experience there is always ten stars no doubt!!!Now I don’t know how it was in the past but the Present sure has me convinced that this Subway is the best ..
Here right now. Store closes at 10:00, it?s 9:40 person inside of the store has the open light turned off and the doors locked. Disrespectful! There?s 20 whole minutes left. Don?t come here. They obviously don?t care about the times that are postedonline don?t care about customer service. Came outside and said ?we?re close,? like we?re the dumb ones for thinking a storethat has 20 minutes left to be opened would still be open. Lazy!
Yesterday, I picked up sandwiches for my family at this restaurant. Casey provided some great suggestions, and I decided to try a roasted sandwich from Subway for the first time. I absolutely loved it! The restaurant was very clean and had a cozy atmosphere. Thank you! As a vegetarian, I appreciated the variety of fresh vegetable options, especially the spinach.

Steer clear of this restaurant. We got there at 9:40 but found the doors locked and the lights off, even though they were supposed to be open until 10:00. The staff member who came out to inform us they were closed was quite rude. It's obvious they don’t value their customers or the hours advertised online. Do yourself a favor and choose a different place.

When I arrived an employee greeted me immediately and I did not have to wait for the mobile order it was ready. The cashier was very pleasant.
Both sandwiches were completely wrong. Won?t be ordering from this store again, save your time And money! It?s trash ????
