Such a disappointing experience last evening. My sandwich was made with frozen chicken breasts, got upset when I asked for the meatballs to be warmed up vs out of refrigeration, rang me up and walked away. I had to lean over the counter to get mysandwiches and practically climb on the counter to grab my receipt from the register (my feet were off the ground). It wasabsolutely an incredible experience. To ?be the worlds favorite destination to discovering great value and unique selection? isway off the mark for actual experience. Hiring is tough all over, I get it, but certain standards should be upheld with regardto pride in your job no matter what it is.
This restaurant review is a negative one. I went to Subway for two sandwiches and received poor treatment from an employee who appeared dirty. The chicken teriyaki sandwich was small and the monster cheesesteak was disappointing in size and toppings. When I asked for more vegetables, I was told no and that it was their policy. The sandwich cost $16, making it more expensive than other dinner options. Overall, I was not impressed with Subway and will stick to Firehouse and Jersey Mike's in the future.
Not sure what the other experiences were with the folks who are giving the place one star but if you've been to one subway you kind of been to them all none of them are really all that different from any others. The staff all simultaneously greeted me when I walked in gave me what I wanted paid and walked out. There really isn't anything more to it than that The quality of the food is pretty much the same at every subway. All around great experience.
This restaurant review is a complete waste. I ordered two sandwiches and received terrible service from an inexperienced worker. The portion size of the sandwich was disappointing and the customer service was rude. Despite the high prices, the quality of the food did not meet my expectations. Manager, please pay attention to your employees. Today, I was alone in Subway and there were two workers. They seemed preoccupied with online orders or other tasks. I waited for 5-6 minutes and then asked, "Will you take my order?" They did not respond, ignoring me. One of them was a larger man and the other was a woman.
This restaurant is extremely clean. The staff are very courteous, professional, and personable. I had a pleasant conversation with the gentleman who made my sandwich, and it was prepared quickly and perfectly. I will definitely be returning and would recommend this place over Pilots food.
