Subway - Reserva de mesa

Went in to get a couple sandwiches, the lady who took our orders mistook my sandwich order for a completely different sandwich, and once she realized her mistake she apologized profusely for it, it was okay though, everyone messes up sometimes, she also tried asking me if I wanted her to go back and make the right sandwich, I told her it was ok but she made sure multiple times before ringing up our final total to pay. 10/10 service and am grateful for such kind workers.

When we were there the manager Dawn was Exceptional!! We left our wallet there and didn't realize we dropped it in parking lot. An employee found it. Brought it to Dawn, and she kept it in the safe. We stopped back on our way home a few days later and retrieve it. All cash was still in it, every bit. She was so kind! She is at 19115 S. Lagrange rd. McKenna rd IL. Best employee ever!!

Literally walked up to the door at 9pm and the door was locked, and all the employees ran to the back. Including someone who didn't look like an employee wearing hoodie and shorts and flip-flops. If you were closed you could have just told me that would have been no problem but keep in mind it was 9pm and says they close at 930pm. Don't eat here smh.

Worst subway I have been to. Old lady outside smoking and comes in puts gloves on and starts making food during lunch time. Have you ever heard of washing your hands? Disgusting. Made food with gloves on touched register to ring up customers, then went back to making sandwiches. You really need a health inspector in there! Reserva una mesa ahora

I guess subway is putting less and less ingredients on their sandwiches. Normally I eat 6 inches but had to eat the whole foot this last time because my sandwich was smaller.

Only reviewing because the two women working there 12/8 were so lovely. Greeted each customer with a smile and were just so sweet and courteous. :

Cleanest, most organized subway location I've ever been to! Our sandwiches were well made and full not skimpy like some other restaurants.
