I asked a friend to pick up dinner for us at my workplace, and she ordered online before going in to watch them prepare our meal. She requested cheese to be added, even though it wasn't on the online order. She asked the staff member not to put too much oil and vinegar on the sandwich to avoid making the bread soggy. Unfortunately, there was no cheese added, and by the time she drove a short distance to deliver the food to me, the bread was extremely soggy.
