I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. One of the staff members, Leslie, completely ignored me when I asked her to fix my sandwich. She was careless and tossed the veggies around, resulting in a messy disaster. It’s just a sandwich; how hard can it be to make it look presentable? Absolutely disgusting customer service. I voiced my concerns to the manager, but she brushed it off and said she would talk to Leslie, as if she didn’t take my complaint seriously at all.
No one asked, but I always order the shredded steak and cheese on jalapeño bread with extra bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, olives, cucumber, mayo, Chipotle Southwest sauce, sweet onion sauce, and spicy sriracha. I also loved it when they had the cranberry mustard sauce available. It's pretty darn good!
I came across a TikTok that mentioned they sell chicken ranch pizzas, and I remember they used to offer something similar called flat pizza. So, I decided to call and ask if this was true, but they hung up on me three times! They could have simply said no, but the customer service was terrible!
