When I arrived to pick up my order, there was a long line of people waiting to order in person and only one employee making sandwiches for both in-person and online orders. The employee forgot to include my 2 cookies, but quickly apologized and gave them to me. Even though the food is typical of any subway, the owner of this particular Subway is a cheap skate. Ever since the owner changed years back, they don't accept physical coupons and when there was a promotion (like on 7/11 to try their new 6 Subway Series sandwich for free) they said they aren't participating. And what's annoying is on the app it says which stores are participating and it comes up this store is participating when in fact, they weren't. So they lead you there to get something only to be told they aren't a participating store. So you guys get 1-star for deceptive tactics and for the overall lack of customer-friendly service. Does not accept physical coupons.What’s the point of mailing them out??? Had to drive to another location. I understand franchises and their own rules and variations but if subway corporate is sending out coupons then those coupons should be honored or state that not all locations accept coupons.BOHEMIA is super clean ACCEPTS coupons and good service!!! I plan on visiting BOHEMIA regularly.
I am a huge fan of Subway, but I was very disappointed with my experience yesterday. The two sandwiches I ordered had tasteless, old bread and hot peppers instead of pickles. On top of that, they refused to accept my coupons. I will not be returning to this location.

This restaurant should close down. They never have key ingredients for sandwiches and they are also very stingy with toppings. This place urgently needs to be either shut down or have the town intervene. Every experience here has been terrible.
The order was incorrect initially and had to be replaced. I was charged again for the replacement. When I got home, the second order was also incorrect. Despite the mistakes, Jersey Mike's now has a loyal customer.
Was in a few days ago, and the subway looks like it has gone downhill the food is garbage and looks like it is falling apart and dirty inside I would eat there with a 10ft pole!
