Went in here to use the coupon that comes in the mail and the guy tells me that his manager said that on the subway club you can't use a coupon no where on the coupon does it state that sandwich was excluded he says his manager said no . If that's the case don't send out the coupon .I also asked for the managers name and he tells me the manager does not want her name giving out if its just for a Complaint I hope this is not the way you want your business to run. Get the kids out the way and put some mature adults in the store and people that understand what you are saying .badd business.....

Two younger lady’s working 3/3/24 at 8:25pmI pull up to the store at 8:26pm and walk up to the door for it to be locked and the open sign turned off…two females standing behind the counter just staring at me. The store closes at 9pm, doors shouldn’t be locked until 9pm and last customer is out. All I wanted was a footlong cookie too which would’ve taken no effort to throw in the oven and then a bag… highly disappointed and will not be coming back to this subway anymore.

Clean and good food once you get what you order. The workers were nice and friendly but did not speak English. One person in back came to help but only spoke a couple words more then the person working with us. 3 workers and no one knew what we were saying. It was painful, arduous and I felt bad for them as well as bad for us. Please have at least 1 person that knows English. It was beyond ridiculous.

My experience coming today was horrible the lady with burnt orange hair had the nastiest attitude from the start as if I knew her! Didn’t speak English at all, she gave me a little bit of cheese and when I asked for more they double charged me! I have never had to ask for extra cheese when it’s done right I have been here plenty times over the past 11 months never had this issue! Truly disappointed!
