Subway - Reserva de mesa

Don’t use app for ordering and paying because this location doesn’t seem to receive orders. I ordered and paid 25 minutes ahead. Arrived and staff said they cannot find my order. I had to show them from my app that order said it was ready. Ended up wasting time having to reorder in person. The another person behind me arrived saying they ordered thru app, and again staff couldn’t find his order. This is not a staff problem. It is poor management and ownership problem. Either not training staff or not setting up their system to process orders from Subway App.

On sept 2 at 2 pm we walked in and the poor girl working was swamped she was by herself she had a huge line up angry customers online orders and she handled it so well! I gave ordered a sub from skip the dishes and i added sauces which i only got 1 out of the 3 sauces that i have and the sandwhich was very cold amd not toasted.
