I walked in to place a to-go order with two people ahead of me, which wasn't a big deal. It took about seven minutes for them to finish ordering their two sandwiches. I ordered a meatball sub, but there were no meatballs available, so an employee went to fetch some from the back. Once they added the meatballs to my sandwich, they toasted it as I requested. I assumed the meatballs needed to be heated further before being put into the toaster, but I didn’t want to say anything, thinking I might be mistaken. waited 30 minutes to be turned down because my shoes were “tennis shoes”. They were black leather with a white sole bottom. Was also wearing a solid black t shirt and was refused entrance because there was no collar. I understand each place has their rules and a dress code but be reasonable. I will never be back here. Also when you have a huge line maybe have someone let people know who aren’t dressed appropriately that they won’t be let in before they wait and get to the door
Ordered a footlong sandwich , there was nearly no meat placed in the sandwich, when the worker put the meat in a lot of it fell out and she never added more. I had to ask for some to cover the bread and she charged me for it. Even when I mentioned the meat fell out the bread. She and the other female cashier was rude and showed they did not care of their service to me. The male worker was very polite.
The service was poor and the staff seemed indifferent. I was served stale bread, and when I asked for a replacement, she refused to change it. She mentioned that she didn't care whether the bread was old or fresh and suggested that if I didn’t like it, I could leave. There was also a lack of polite manners. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

They were very clean.. Everything was covered, each veggie I added to my Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich was handled with care. I was impressed especially in today's day of pandemic. I stopped for gas in route to Cincinatti and the food was worth the stop. If you find yourself near there have a sandwich mine was delicious???
Stopped in during posted open hours, was told they wouldn't be open for another 90 minutes. Remarked that this would make selling their breakfast sandwiches difficult. Informed that they don't have these, despite being prominently displayed on the menu. Glad most places aren't as unhelpful.
Absolutely not, this is supposed to be a steak and provolone, double meat, double cheese. Not sure where the meat and cheese are?
