I absolutely love this place! I've never had a bad experience here. I travel all the way from Visalia during my hour lunch break just to eat here. The food is always fresh, and the lobby is consistently clean. The staff are polite, friendly, and provide excellent customer service. I've visited during both day and night shifts, and the atmosphere is always perfect. Keep up the great work, Exeter Subway team! You truly deserve a raise, especially for handling so many rude customers—something I’ve witnessed firsthand while dining here. <3
Ordered a rotisserie chicken 6 inch and there was a long blonde hair in it! Why aren?t the staff wearing hair nets. I called the make a complaint and the male manager had nothing to say about it. Said I can complain all I want I?m not doing anything aboutit.
The staff was EXTREMELY rude, not just to me but another lady in line. They had horrible attitudes and did not talk with kindness or friendliness. We bought 5 sandwiches and would have liked to be treated better. They need customer service training.ASAP.

I would give this place a zero if I could. The older woman with glasses is unhelpful and provides terrible customer service. This is by far the worst Subway in the city, and I will never return. I’d rather go the extra mile for better service.
The young lady was extremely rude, when I asked for banana peppers she gave me only like 3, I asked for more and she said they were running out of them, when Ik they?re not bc I worked at a another subway, not coming here again
The person behind the counter was incompetent. She stuck vinegar and oil on my sandwich when I didn't ask for it. If you're not sure what the customer wanted maybe you should ask before you do it.
The service was decent, but sadly, the overall dining experience has worsened considerably. The quality of the food at this restaurant leaves much to be desired.

Subway is very consistent. What it comes down to is the employees. At this particular subway there are some very nice ladies that work there in the morning.
