Subway - Reservar una mesa

I never EVER put reviews even if I have a bad experience which I have had at this store before and they have corrected it so there was no need to post. But today I went in and there was 1 person working by themselves on their 2nd day. Had a long line and out of multiple products. Wasn't able to get anything due to me being on my work lunch and needing to get back to work and the worker tried to make the sub and salad quickly but being new and on his own burned the sub and made a mistake on my salad. This is literally the worst run Subway in the area. On a regular basis I go in there and stand completely alone waiting for an employee to come out of the bathroom or notice I'm even there. There are times I could totally make my own sandwich and leave. They NEVER have sandwich items and have THE worst attitudes about doing their jobs. I just waited over 12 minutes to be seen only to be told AGAIN they did not have the items (meatballs) for my order. How does this place run like this?

The one in Washington Ave has been closed for what feels like a while now, but they don't have that listed on their site page. It makes it troublesome for people who check to make sure it's open and make the trip, only to find a table outside blocking the door and a small sign you can barely see up saying it's closed for remodeling.

Usually great experience!!! Terrible experience the last time I went so slow and put my sandwich together so sloppy nothing was stocked the lettuce was brown and she didn’t give me any napkins

The person today was great. He came in on his day off and made my sub to perfection when he didn't have to. Great place and devotion for work
