Subway - Reserva de mesa

I normally go to this subway often and had the worst experience today. The woman who was making my sandwich, who I am pretty sure is the manager, was already annoyed from the get go. By accident, half of my sandwich fell into a tray below of the sandwich making counter. I've seen the employees before using the tray as kind of like a waste basket of trash/ingredients that fall in there by accident, so I doubt it is clean. The woman just put the meats that fell into the tray back onto the bread and asks me what vegetables I wanted. She didn't offer a remake of the sandwich, an apology, or anything. We stopped in about 3pm today and there were two young gals working. They were working really hard and got our sandwiches out with huge smiles on their faces. My husband was in the car holding our toddler and my hands were full with just the drinks. One of the young ladies( sorry I don’t remember her name) carried my sandwiches to the car so I didn’t have to make two trips. Just above and beyond by two brand new employees. Definitely keep them around!! Thank you again ladies you made our day!!

Omg the guy who made my wrap yesterday he should make all the wraps I’m guessing he’s new cause the lady was like can u make wraps u want me to handle it He’s one of those ppl that makes the food like it’s for him and it was fire if he’s there today in the morning b4 I leave I’ll be getting another one I hope he’s there

I pulled up around 8:30 to get a sub. Parked, got out of my car and an employee looked around the corner and saw me coming turned the lights off. Website says open until 9 on Saturday.

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER OPTIONS. rude staff. didn’t change the gloves. denied to change the gloves and only changed when she had to cough. cleanness was for a toss.

We didn't come to experience 5-star food or above-average treatment, but our experience was still underwhelming. Almost no staff interaction or acknowledgement, food was okay.

Fresh good sandwiches. One of the ladies was especially helpful, daughter had shut finger in vehicle door, she got her ice and a bandaid. Clean, friendly, helpful staff. Reserva una mesa ahora

Sweetest three girls working here. You can tell they enjoy their job and each other. Very pleasant and fast service.
