June 25 at 9 30 a.m. ish ... I just got an English Muffin breakfast from this store in Sunnyside mallLast time when I got one from the same store the lady who was a different person from today's asked me what kind of cheese I wanted and told me I could choose veggies and sauces.. Even the chain on Spring Garden road also had the same system of asking customers what they want to add.... but this lady today.. she just put whatever cheese she wanted to put, didnt ask if I needed anything more and just gave me an English Muffin only with the cheese, an egg, and bacons.. without any sauce or other veggies.. when I asked her about it she told me I was supposed to tell her everything.. I was waitin...

Maybe it is only in the realm of confusion that a restaurant closes at 7 but stops serving food at 6:30. Even before 5:30, this place appears closed and consistently runs out of key ingredients like tuna and fish. Additionally, we question if it is normal practice to ask customers to wait while the staff makes personal phone calls. We have been here three nights this week and will not be returning for another meal due to the poor service we have experienced time and time again. The staff blatantly ignores multiple customers waiting in the back for service.

I'm surprised this isn't being better managed. Staff are working alone in peak business hours. Long lines and staff aren't not multi tasking. With online orders there should be two people in. You shouldn't have to wait 20 mins to get served with only 3 people in line. I've worked for subway and can see their training has gone down hill. This location is prime being in the Sunnyside Mall food court a destination place to eat. You are missing out on many opportunities for your business.

Just picked up lunch and used my points from my app because they told me they would expire. Got 2 dollars off. Then the girl misheard me say I wanted a bottle instead of fountain drink and charged me an extra 2.98... how does that make any sense?! So my normal meal cost 15 something and then I paid 12 something plus 3 dollars. Great system to scam your app users!

The service was fantastic! The staff were very friendly and my chicken sandwich was perfect. There was only one woman working there, but she made sure to take care of each order. I placed my order using my mobile phone to take advantage of a special offer and requested extra tomatoes and cucumbers. The chicken breast was huge and delicious. I loved it!

Please update your opening hours. This is not the first time I have walked to the Sunnyside location to have dinner only to find it closed. I arrived at 6:33pm and it was already closed. Google had indicated it was open until 7pm, and when I checked at 6:22pm, it said there were still 38 minutes left. Please update your operating hours.

Can anyone actually purchase a sandwich from this location?? I've been here 4 out of the last 7 days trying to buy lunch but the employees seem to sit in the back on their cell phones (which is visible via mirror) rather than do their jobs.

This is a standard Subway restaurant, so there isn't much to mention. The staff is friendly, and I have a good time there.
