The restaurant did our catering within an hour , we were told by system system or online that they require 24 hours notice however the owners were super nice and made it happen so quickly for us. Totally amazing service and going to be back for our catering needs.
coworkers waited for me when I ordered my family. she stood there patiently and made my sandwiches. sandwiches were made perfect and since I am old, they helped me carry the bags outside. thank you underground! you've trained people well.
Super clean store. Great place for lunch and dinner. I got Chicken bacon ranch sub and my wife got the salad both were good. I was greeted by two ladies and subs were just awesome. Totally recommend this place if u r in the area.

The service was outstanding! We were warmly welcomed as soon as we entered. The staff patiently waited for us to place our order and showed concern for our safety when we were leaving.
I had a great experience here. Although the restaurant wasn't very busy, I appreciated that the staff was focused on cleaning and sanitation, which made me feel comfortable and happy!
Never a disappointment here, Like some of the other subways in waterbury. Food is fresh store is clean and organized.
