We had the most horrifying experience. It was 7/19/22 at about 2pm if I’m not mistaking. We were served by an EXTREMELY rude big guy that was on his headphone during the order. I came in with my hungry family (infant boy, 3yr old daughter, my fiancé and her 16 yr old sister) ready to tip depending on service. We are very respectful people and don’t usually go out our way to leave reviews however, we felt extremely VIOLATED verbally. We wanted simple orders, the mex cali and just replace the cheese. Staff was good, sandwich tasted fine. The negative review is that the store would not take the recently published coupon I provided. There are plenty of better sandwich shops in the area and the only reason I went to Subway was due to the coupon. I will not be retuning at there are much better sandwich shops in the area.
Got here an hour and a half before closing time. The person working saw me pull up so he locked the door and disappeared to the back. I’ve been sitting for about 10/15 minutes curious if he’d come back and nope. I have had other issues here but this takes the cake. Worst subway ever.
that was my way until the guy who worked here from new york was very rude! Even when it came to me, I got it. I tried to scan my rewards and he yelled at me. u didn't tell me I had a card. I'll never come back!

I thought the restaurant was open until nine, so I arrived at around 7:45 only to find that they were closed. However, the lights were still on, which was confusing.
I was in my life in many subways, but this is always top notch. I've never had bad service. It is always fast and easy, and the staff is always friendly.
