When I checked out, I questioned the total, and he explained that there isn’t an upcharge button for bacon, so he had to charge me for a specialty sandwich instead. This wasn’t what I wanted, and he didn't inform me about the potential extra charge at the beginning. I told him that this was frustrating and that he should have mentioned the upcharge beforehand; I simply wouldn’t have chosen that sandwich if I had known.
Overall, this was poor customer service, and I won’t be returning. Additionally, the sandwich itself was messy and barely stayed closed.
If you drive for doordash, don’t accept orders from this store. Employees sit on their phones or twiddle their thumbs until you arrive and then start making the food. Our job is to deliver, not wait for 15 minuets watching you make the sandwiches you should have been preparing when I was driving from Sonora to Jamestown……good luck!
Crystal was attentive and patient with our group of five, ensuring that each sandwich was made to perfection. We all ordered different variations of the veggie delight patty, and we were absolutely thrilled with our choices. The veggie delight patty is a fantastic option for both vegetarians and vegans.
