I requested the All American Club grilled, but it was left in the oven for so long that the bread was burnt. When I asked for it to be remade, the response I received was filled with attitude, and the bread was absolutely inedible. Additionally, she didn’t pay attention when adding the vegetables and sauces, resulting in one sandwich being completely slathered in mustard, forcing me to have that one remade as well. Since that was the last of that kind of meat, I had to switch sandwiches with my other order. Overall, it was a chaotic experience.

I just left this Subway and I won't be coming back. As soon as I walked in, the woman who was sweeping gave me the impression that I was interrupting her personal time. When I mentioned I was there to order, she made a face and called for another employee from the back. The second woman was somewhat nicer, but overall, the experience was extremely disappointing—I'd rate it a -3. I got the strong impression that they didn’t want to help me with my order. Customer service is really important; a smile, a thank you, or even just a bit of appreciation goes a long way. Anything would have helped!
I visited this restaurant for lunch on May 13, 2019, and I really love this place because it's close to my home and very convenient. The gentleman who prepares my sub is always fantastic, but unfortunately, the woman who works there on most days is extremely challenging to deal with. I’m not sure why she is still there, as this negatively affects the overall experience. I hope this situation gets resolved soon so that my colleagues and I can return to enjoying this place again.
I visited the location at Columbus Park Crossing today to try a sandwich from the new collection. The staff was warm and friendly. The atmosphere clean and welcoming. I tried The Monster ?Subway?s way? and it was delicious just as I was told itwould be. I?ll definitely come back again! This location is obviously well managed and treat one another and customers well!

Went to subway around 8 pm there was only one worker I saw. I asked her was she holding down the fort and sadly she said it felt like it. After Mopping the whole entire store Marquia proceeded to then give great customer service and send me on my way. Hadto give five stars for the way she handled the guest at hand. Would definitely come again!
Subway consistently gets my orders wrong. The last time I visited, it wasn't even busy. Being in Columbus, I guess I shouldn't be surprised. If you want a better Subway experience, I recommend going to the location near Target instead. Their menu options seem more reliable there.
I just left the Subway, the one close to Target. I bought a dozen White Chocolate Macadamia nut cookies. We love Subway's cookies; however, these taste like Asiago cheese bread or Italian seasoning bread. Not good. Might want to bake cookies on racksNOT used for baking bread.
This is the second time I have visited this location around 6pm, the second time I have requested a meatball sub. The second time I?ve been told they don?t have any meatballs. At this point the meatball sub should be removed from the menu, it?s neveravailable.
