I don't know why they couldn't stop their personal conversation to help the customer. I was only there to pick up a takeout order and she said to wait a moment and carried on with her conversation, complaining about her job. I won't be returning to this restaurant, it seems more like a social hour than a place where they care about helping customers.
Subway is my favorite spot for a deli-style sub sandwich, especially when Cantor's, The Hat, or Philips are not nearby. The service is fast and friendly, and the ingredients are always fresh. I tend to add extra toppings, which can increase the cost a bit, but it's worth it.
terrible customer service. i'm never going back there again. the co-worker was greedy with my veggies. didn't even taste like i had veggies in my wrap. too much turkey. just tasted nothing but turkey and bacon and guacamole.
