I was at Subway with my girlfriend this evening and wanted to treat ourselves with a few vouchers. We got two sandwiches without any problems – all good so far. Then I wanted to add some cookies with another voucher, but suddenly I got a message saying, No way, there 's only two of you, you need one person for each voucher. Sorry, but seriously? Didn't order there and waited that long, then my brother called, they said sorry, it'll be here in 40 minutes (we had to wait 2/3 hours) and he said that he only had so much money but they apparently forgot to take the change, now he had to pay 20€ extra, just disrespectful, it was also cold and mushy
