Additionally, there's an older woman who has a terrible attitude in the mornings and I've seen her handle food with her bare hands, which is unsanitary. I worry about the safety of the young women who work the night shift, especially considering her behavior.
I've been visiting for the past few days and I've noticed the young lady with purple hair is no longer there. She was always professional and charming, and a staff member mentioned that she doesn't work there anymore. I had always thought she was the general manager due to her presence, but she mentioned she was just an assistant. To be honest, I believe Subway needs to bring her back.
I visited this restaurant on September 29, 2021, and my experience was quite disappointing due to the attitude of one employee. They were very rude and unhelpful, which made me regret not going to another Subway location in the city. Unfortunately, I had already paid for my food online, so I felt stuck. This wasn’t my first visit to this location, and I had encountered this same employee before, but their behavior was exceptionally bad this time. My advice is to avoid visiting this place in the evening.
Stopped by to get some lunch for work as I sometimes do. Walked in and wasn't acknowledged, as employee was stocking condiments. Once she was finished she looked at me rolled her eyes, shook her head and continued to the back. I left without my lunch and will not stop here again!
The assistant manager at Subway is an exceptional employee. Her friendliness and hard work were outstanding. She ensured that my order was well taken care of and that I was satisfied with my experience. Great job!

Customer service today was excellent: The vegetables were crisp and fresh. The subs were put together in a neat and orderly fashion where it was fun to eat and not messy. Semper Fi
Place sucks. Staff is inexperienced. If you want good service drive five min to manning and eat at the one on Paxville hwy.
