I'm not a huge fan of Subway, but the service was good and the food was decent. Honestly, I don't have much to complain or rave about - it's just an okay place to eat. The service, on the other hand, was excellent. The staff was polite and efficient, making sure our order was quickly taken care of.
The food is mediocre at best, with prices slightly higher than advertised. The staff is poorly disciplined, often wearing earbuds while working, and lack of care for customers. The customer service is minimal, and the atmosphere is dull and lifeless, mirroring the uninviting store.
Real bad food poisoning whilst pregnant, I had days off work and all I was offered was a free sandwich. Didn't change their gloves once either whilst touching most things. I tried emailing to complain but it's all copy and pasted messages
SETH is an outstanding manager of subway!!! He corrected my order that i got wrong as it was a mistake and he went beyond his job role, to make sure we enjoyed our food at subway. He is very ind and friendly. Thank you so much Reserva una mesa ahora

They do not serve coffee after 5 o'clock. I have been here a few times and each time they have given me the same response - they stop serving coffee at 5 o'clock!
Edit on the 07 June 2022. Still could do with a tidy up more often. Other then the issue above it was a subway, so pretty consistent with the rest of them.
My favourite place of all time! The food is AMAZING staff at okish but only in there for the food anyway, highly recommend the food Reserva una mesa ahora
Depends who you get serving you as to how happy they are. Sometimes 5 stars but they do have their 3 star staff too.
